Highest Individual Scores in IPL
Modern-day batters can take down any bowling lineup. The following players showed no mercy on the bowlers and produced one of the finest knocks in IPL history.
Chris Gayle (175*) – The Universe Boss
The Universe Boss went crazy when Royal Challengers Bangalore faced Pune Warriors in IPL 2013. Gayle smashed 175*, which to date is the highest IPL score. The innings consisted of 13 fours and 17 towering sixes.
Batting first, RCB scored 263 and won by 130 runs. This record is not impossible to break, but if anyone does, that will be a remarkable achievement. Harry Brook, who represents Sunrisers Hyderabad, is an exceptional talent who can come close to breaking or can break Gayle’s stunning knock.
